Procedure
In a first user experience workshop, the user cases and user flow were defined together with the customer. It was important for the user to find his way around immediately and to get suitable results as quickly as possible. Already during the workshop we drew rough sketches of the application together. Then we created mockups of the individual master screens, which were discussed together in a second workshop. With this approach it was possible to have interactive mockups available at an early stage in order to get further partners "on board". The mockups also served as a template for the implementation of the final app.
